Hi, when I took control of this team (Chicago) about two weeks ago, my best player (most expensive) was placed on HO (holding out). This was do to my Pro Payroll exceeding the limit of 60 million. Took some moving around of players but I managed to get under the cap. Correct me if I'm wrong but isn't TORONTO, BUFFALO, WASHINGTON over their Pro Payrolls? None have players holding out(HO). Is anything going to be done about this? Or am I wrong, I just want fair play

OK well I've done some checking and some teams should be doing some fancy foot work to get under the cap soon. As Chicago went by the rules other should follow suite, here are the teams and amount they are over cap. Toronto: $337,400 Buffalo: $ 9,145,000 (also due to be minus $12 million by seasons end) Washington: $4,751,317 (also due to be minus $5 million by seasons end)
Two teams that are operating with negative amount of cash while under cap: Minny: - $ 2,382,147 (also due to be $250,000 in hole by seasons end) Chicago: - $2,366,253 (also due to be $35 million in hole by seasons end!!!!)
Teams that are due to be in the hole at seasons end should have to sell off players to come back to even. The league cannot pay players salaries, lol. I know this is or atleast should be something Commish is doing but she must be busy so I'll help her out until she screams at me,lol.
