OK I have gone over the rosters as the Commish asked and here is a list of teams who are short players on their FARM TEAM. As you know (or should know) every team needs to have 2 players at each position, C, RW, LW, D, G. The fine for teams not having said number is $250k per day, per player that you are short. EX: PHI is short one goalie and one RW, so 2x250= 500 per day that Philly is fined until limit is met. NO EXCEPTIONS AT ALL!!!! So with that said here is the list of teams and what they need;
TEAMS... NEED FINE PER DAY Buffalo... 2G = $500K Chicago.... 2Centers, 1RW, 1G = $1 million Columbus... 1G = $250 k Nashville.... 2 LW = $500K Pittsburgh... 2C, 2LW, 1RW, 1D, 1G = $1.75 million Washington... 2C, 2LW,2RW, 2D = $ 2 million Vancouver.... 2C, 2R, 1D, 2G = $1.75 million Montreal..... 1G = $250k
All teams have 48 hours from today to get FARM team up to limits. If GMs ignore this warning and fail to do anything, will face disciplinary action from Commish. So deadline time is 10:30PM EST Saturday, June 3rd. Remember if there aren't enough decent players for you, then you could always make trades with GMs that have an abundance of players.

Hey I don't make the rules, that's the Commish's job. So either top up your farm or get fined. It's not like it will cost you a fortune to sign a couple players, in fact it would be cheaper to sign a few then to get constantly fined...... come on dude, play nice, haha.

I agree with Ty on this, and the more and more issues that get brought up or rules that get "inforced" or what not the league looks like more and more of a joke. We are still waiting to hear about that the LONG awaited plans were for the farm, you expect people to sign all these useless players for what reason exactly anyways? You dont have a farm system in place where you need to fill lines or anything, your just letting the farm players play the regular games the sim automatically does for you. Nothing special there so whats the point?

Exactly, they are there for injury replacement, and that is exactly why I would get fined...is because I used one of my farm goalies to do what they are supposed to do.I really dont see areason why we have to have a full farm roster, just doesnt make sense to me if we dont get to control the team...not that I would want to.
